Valet Parking, Unit File search overhaul and the year in review webinar

Our final release for 2019 includes two fantastic updates. We have expanded on our visitor parking module to now include Valet Parking capabilities and we have enhanced search capability and speed to our unit file. We recently looked back at all the major changes of the past year and created an informative webinar. Read on to find out about all the changes and to view the webinar.

Valet Parking

In addition to our visitor parking feature, we are excited to announce our new Valet Parking option. This new feature will make valet parking a breeze for both residents and parking attendants.

Once a car has been parked its status is logged in CCC. The resident can use our mobile app to request to retrieve their vehicle. This will notify the attendant and they will be updated with their queue status. This aims to streamline and digitize the entire process so there is full transparency for both resident and vehicle attendants. Try our valet parking option at your building today!

 

We’ve listened to your feedback and determined our Unit File dashboard needed to be more efficient. We are happy to announce we have made searching the unit file faster and better. Using the latest technology, finding the information you need from the unit file will come up within approximately 2 seconds, helping you to find exactly what you are looking for faster.

Year in Review

We recently held a webinar outlining all the major changes and updates to CCC in the last 12 months. We have achieved a lot this year; we’ve added many new features as well as made created better functionality for many of our standard features. All these changes have been shaped by you the user. We pride ourselves on evolving our software to cater to your needs and what will make your lives easier. Watch our webinar and look at all the changes we’ve made this year.
