Fifteen years ago, our founder and president had a great idea that would drastically revolutionize the functionality of residential communities across North America. In founding Condo Control, Brian Bosscher used his personal experience of serving in a residential community to change the property management space for good. His passion to help his community, and others like it, is the foundation of our identity to this day.
