If your residents have a smartphone or computer, most of them will have no trouble creating a Condo Control account. For best results, residents should be instructed about how to create an account using multiple commination channels (posters, letters, lobby display, etc.).

Yes, you can switch to a different subscription package. Your invoice would be prorated to reflect the subscription change. If you need to change your method of payment, simply contact your customer success manager.
We will reach out to you to let you know that a payment has not gone through. If you need to update your method of payment, you can do so by logging in to Condo Control account.
SOFTWARE AND SECURITY
Switching platforms is painless if you’re making the switch to Condo Control. We have a team that will upload your data for you, and help you through the onboarding and setup process.
Yes. Because we are a cloud-based platform, you can use Condo Control on your phone, tablet or computer. If accessing your account from your phone or tablet, we recommend downloading the Condo Control App from either Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
We value the relationships we have with our clients, which is why we take extreme care to protect their privacy and security. We’ve taken numerous steps to ensure our software is a source of control, and not a source of concern. We encourage you to explore our Security & PrivacyCenter to find out exactly what we’re doing to keep our clients, and their data, safe and secure.
The data is yours to keep, even if you end your relationship with us. You have the option of downloading the data you need from the platform, or you can pay a fee and have our team pull the data for you.
