Our Green Story

In 2023 alone, we sent out more than 28 million e-newsletters. And for every 3360 sheets of paper NOT used, it represents a tree saved.

Most functions of our software are digital, meaning that instead of using paper our software is managed and run electronically on the cloud. Operating on the cloud allows us to provide our customers with a safe, secure, and user-friendly way to do business and a green way to help preserve the environment and its resources.

Our primarily paperless platform allows our customers to do it all, including e-signing documents, logging and documenting security and concierge matters, and tracking community maintenance issues to run a safe and healthy community, without relying on paper.
