Add a short-term renter to any condo unit
Condo Control’s short-term rental feature makes it easy for management to oversee when temporary guests intend to arrive and depart. Multiple stays can be logged under one unit if frequent short-term rentals are permitted. The system allows you to log details about how many guests are staying in a unit, their names, whether they have a vehicle, and who to contact in case there is an emergency.
Share essential information with guests before they arrive
Once a visitor profile has been created, the primary guest will receive a welcome letter via text or email. Welcome letters can be customized. Most condo managers will include building contact information and condo rules so that guests know what is expected of them, and who contact if an issue does arise.
Allow owners to create their own reservations
Management has the option to allow or prevent owners from creating their own short-term rental reservations. Owners may also edit reservations and extend or shorten a stay if necessary.
