Happy New Year! We hope that you have returned to your regular routine feeling refreshed and recharged. You’ve probably got a lot in store for your condominium or HOA community, and we want to help you achieve those goals.

Take a look at our newest features and updates. All changes and additions were designed to help you save time and keep your entire community connected.


UserVoice Integration

We genuinely value all feedback that we receive from our clients. It helps us improve our current features, and ensures that we continue to come up with new solutions that condo and HOA communities really need.   

In order to make it easier for our clients to share their ideas, suggestions and experiences with us, we’ve added UserVoice, a client feedback portal, to our platform. This new feedback portal gives our entire team a space where we can organize and prioritize feature ideas and improvements. It also gives us a simple way to keep you updated on projects or improvements that matter to you.   


Vendor Portal Feature

Manage multiple vendors from one portfolio. Condo Control’s Vendor Portal allows property managers to upload and update vendor compliance documents in minutes. Our platform will also send reminders about expiring compliance documents 1 month before the expiration dates.

Vendors will also benefit from this portal as they can register and update their business information, including bank account details. Vendors can also invite their team members to create their own private accounts on Condo Control.


Jobs and Quote Requests Functionalities

Related to our Vendor Portal are our quote requests and jobs functionalities. In addition to managing vendor information, admins have the ability to send quote requests to vendors, communicate with them in private chat channels, and compare quotes.

Once a vendor is hired for a job, the quote request converts into a job. Admin users can link jobs to purchase orders for better traceability and transparency.


Service Request Functionality on Portfolio

Those who manage a portfolio can now view, reply to, and create service requests for all workspaces from one place. This update makes it easy for property managers to review and respond to requests right away.


French Language Preference on Mobile App

Parlez-vous français? French speakers can now view and interact with the Condo Control mobile app in French if their language preferences are set to this language.


Zego Integration

We have partnered with Zego, a payment processing system for U.S. clients. Zego helps modernize the resident experience and simplify the process of making online payments for residential communities.

With this integration, residents can take care of rent or dues online through their Condo Control accounts. Management can automate one-time, recurring, or Store purchase payments. Zego takes credit cards and bank transfer payments.


Authorizations on Mobile App

We want our clients’ mobile experience to be the same as their desktop experience. To accomplish that, we’re adding new mobile functionalities all of the time. This latest mobile addition makes it possible for users with corresponding permission to set authorizations from the mobile app.
