Budget Mail Merge

Well, TIMES UP! Condo Control Centrals newest Budget Mail Merge feature will save you not only TIME but MONEY towards your budget.
This exciting feature fully integrates with our E-Consent feature! The system will provide you with a list of unit owners who did not consent to receive documents electronically so you can easily mail out paper copies accordingly.

Events on Mobile App
With our latest mobile release, you can now access Events on the app.
Keep track of all activities happening around your community. Whether its garage power washing, window washing, social events and much more!
Simply update the app on your smartphone if you already have it or download the app by searching for Condo Control Central in the App store or Google Play.

Revamped Home Page
We are proud to announce the release of our new revamped Home Page. Your Condo Control Central home page is now more visually appealing and displays statistics that you care about.
You can control everything you see such as:
- Total user logins this month
- Open service requests by month
- The colour palette
- Plus, many more
Also, note that this is the first release of the new home page. We are going to add more modules, more customizable options plus changes based on your feedback. Please let us know what you would like to see improved!
Unit File Notes
We have now expanded Unit Files Notes! That’s right, we have notes that can be viewed right on the unit file page without having to even select the individual’s name.
The note can be for the entire unit or specific individuals. With a simple click on the icon, the note will pop up on your screen for you to quickly review the details.
