Condo Control software mobile app launch

As a condominium management software, it’s important that we continually strive for innovation and find new ways to help you manage condos efficiently. That’s why we are so proud to announce the launch of the Condo Control mobile app!

Condo management app for iOS and Android

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve launched the first version of our mobile app for iOS and Android. The first version of the app includes support for announcements, service requests, and user registration. We will be releasing new features every month, so check back regularly for updates.
The app currently supports the following features:

Post announcements

We have heard your feedback and designed our app to allow administrators to create and update announcements using the app. In a few simple steps you can post an announcement to be sent to residents by email, by push notification, and also display it on your lobby display.

Create, update or resolve service requests on the go

Property managers and residents have frequently asked to be able to create, update and attach images to the service request using their mobile device. You can now do this through the app.

Residents can now register on mobile

When new owners or residents move in, they can now complete the one-time Condo Control registration process on their phone rather than by computer.

Push notifications

Condo Control will now send push notifications to those owners or residents who have the app installed when a new announcement or service request is created. As new features are added to the app, additional push notifications will be sent.

Accessible by owners, residents or property managers

Our mobile app is accessible by anyone who uses Condo Control. Their permission levels from the web version are automatically applied to tailor what they can see on the app.

Coming soon – store feature

We will soon be rolling out our new store feature. This feature will allow administrators to sell items to condo owners such as FOBs, remote controls or keys. We know you’re going to love this function, so keep your eyes out for this.
