Condo Control Central is thrilled to announce that it has been named the 2020 winner of the Platinum Readers’ Choice Award for Technology & Communications. The award was presented to us by the Florida Community Association Journal (FLCAJ), a periodical supported by Florida Community Association Professionals (FCAP).
Condo Control Central was 1 of 19 nominees in the Technology & Communications category, and was recognized for being an outstanding partner to professionals who work in community association management.
For over a decade, our company has been working hard to make life easier for people who work and live in community associations by equipping them with comprehensive communication and management solutions. Our condo and HOA management software is directly influenced by our clients’ wants and needs, which is what makes it stand out from other software systems. It does a lot of the grunt work, streamlines tedious tasks, and ultimately saves communities money. Though we are based in Toronto, Canada, our team works with community associations all over North America, including communities in Florida.
It’s clear that Florida’s population is steadily increasing. It is the third most populous state, and it’s estimated that approximately 900 people move there every day!
This huge population increase has naturally contributed to the significant increase in community associations as well.
As of 2018, there were nearly 50,000 HOAs in Florida. It’s safe to assume that this number will continue to rise. Communities will vary; some will be large while others will be quite small, but all of them will require homeowners and management to communicate and work collaboratively in order to function well.
We work hard to help communities establish clear lines of communication and make community living more enjoyable for everyone.
Receiving the Readers’ Choice Award is a true honour, and we are thankful to everyone who took the time to vote for us.
A big thank you goes out to FLCAJ as well. Their team had the difficult task of reviewing over 550 nominations, tallying over 8,500 votes, and recognizing more than 300 service providers. We appreciate how much time and effort it takes to organize these awards.
