Our latest release brings with it some great changes. We have added Discussion Forum/ Classified Ad email notification capabilities, Proxy voting on mobile devices, improved welcome site functionality and increased file upload and storage limits for the file library. Read on to learn all about it!
Discussion Forum & Classified Ad email notification
We’re happy to announce the new option to receive notifications for our Discussion Forum/Classified Ad modules. This option will allow the user to opt-in to receive notifications from posts and updates of discussion forum threads or Classified ad categories. In order to have this activated to your account, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to CCC > Click welcome in the top right corner, then email preference from the drop-down menu > click the option Email me when a new classified ad is posted for the category I follow/Email me when an update is added to the discussion topic, I follow > then click change email preference.
Completing these steps will instantly you allow you to follow new content being added or updated in the Discussion Forum or Classified Ads module, so you never miss out on the things you are interested in.
Proxy for mobile
We’re excited to announce that proxy voting is now available on mobile! You can now submit your proxy, RSVP to the meeting, view details and more straight from the Condo Control Central app.
This makes it even easier for unit owners to submit their proxy so that the corporation can achieve quorum on the first try and conduct business more efficiently.
The mobile version syncs seamlessly with the desktop application so you can monitor voting progress in real time. So why not encourage unit owners to use proxy voting on mobile for your next AGM. As always, we appreciate your feedback!
Welcome Site Changes
No longer will you need to go into another section of the system to allow access for the registration process for your Owners/Residents. We have now made it easier for you to pick and choose what they have access to change all in one convenient location! If you have not set this up for your corporation and would like to, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
File storage upgrade
Time to start uploading all those large files you have been keeping off the system! As you may have noticed if you are an avid user of our File Library that the storage limit has increased from 4MB to 10MB! No longer will you need to split or compress those large documents to upload for your Owners/Residents to view. We are also looking to remove the upload file size limitations entirely across the system so please stay tuned for when that does come into effect in a future release.
