What a year 2020 has been. Many of us are already looking forward to 2021, hoping that there will be a vaccine to help us move past the COVID-19 pandemic. All of us have struggled in one way or another, but there’s a silver lining. 2020 has pushed us to take better care of each other.
On September 23, TrustRadius, a highly trusted review site for business technology, recognized what a pivotal role tech companies have played in keeping families, co-workers, and companies connected while the entire world was being asked to keep their distance from anyone who didn’t live together. To show its appreciation, TrustRadius has created the 2020 Tech Cares Award, and we are thrilled to share that we have been chosen to receive this honourable award.
About the Award
The Tech Cares Award was given to B2B tech providers who rose to the occasion and provided ways to assist and support employees, clients, and communities above the call of duty. It celebrates the companies that have demonstrated their service and compassion to their communities in 2020. This award recognizes those organizations that have exemplified one of TrustRadius’ core values, being human, in the face of the global crisis.
Award winners were chosen in two ways. The first way was through nominations provided through TrustRadius’ survey. Nominations were thoroughly vetted by its research team. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award. The second way was through review-specific content that mentioned specifics about how a product or service helped the reviewer through the pandemic. Organizations whose reviews clearly illustrated how much they care during this crisis have also been recognized.
Why Us
Condo Control Central has won this award for our demonstrated commitment to keeping condo and HOA communities connected during this challenging time. Our software has helped boards and property managers keep residents safe by giving them a platform to safely share news, updates, and protocols relating to COVID-19. Our software continues to help communities maintain day-to-day operations through features like online payments, amenity bookings, service requests and e-voting.
Our goal has always been to simplify and streamline property management, but this year, we really wanted to make sure our clients had exactly what they needed so that they could focus their attention on caring for their communities. We gave them additional tools, and support, and made changes to our software so that they could continue to help others and minimize uncertainty and disruptions.
