Condo Management Mobile App for Android
Last month we launched the first release of our new condo management mobile app for iOS. This month, we have officially launched the same app for Android devices. The Android features are identical to the iOS version, and includes support for announcements, service requests, and user registration. We will be releasing new mobile features every month, so stay tuned. Next month you can expect to see resident registration of visitors.
Online Store Feature
Based on a survey we conducted earlier this year, our clients were very interested in a feature that would allow property managers to sell items to owners, such as: keys, FOBs, remote controls or HVAC filters. This feature is now live.
Other Improvements
Our condo management software includes many new features that we know you will be happy with. Here are a few:
- Amenity Booking: Administrators can now override any amenity booking restrictions when booking an amenity on behalf of a resident
- Events: The ability to share calendars between properties (ideal for shared facilities), and the ability to post events without sending an email
- Reporting: 3 new reports, including two covering incidents and one on service requests
- Service Requests: A new print function to ensure consistent formatting when printing
Coming Soon – Voice and Text Message Features
Later in the summer, we will be adding some exciting new voice and text message features which will help expand the reach of Condo Control even further to those residents who don’t use a computer…so stay tuned.
