Your attention, please. We are excited to share 2 big announcements with you!  

1) We are hosting a new series of webinars for CCC administrators over the next several weeks.

We’re always working on new features and improvements to make Condo Control Central even better for our clients, however, we know that keeping up with all of these features and updates can be difficult. For this reason, wanted to create a series of special webinars to help you get the most out of your CCC subscription, and confidently make use of all features available to you. 2) We are looking for users who can participate in a 1-hour usability testing session over Zoom.

Below are the webinars our team will be presenting. While all of these topics will help you become a more savvy CCC user, we suspect the virtual meetings, online payments and amenity booking webinars will be particularly popular given our current global situation.

  • Two-Factor Authentication
    Thursday, October 15 @ 11 AM EDT
    As security threats grow more common, it is increasingly important to implement strong measures to protect your Condo Control Central account. This webinar will walk you through the benefits of two-factor authentication, and how to set it up on your account.
  • Virtual Meetings
    Wednesday, October 28 @ 11 AM EDT
    Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, more condos are turning to online solutions to conduct their annual meetings. This webinar will cover our new Virtual Meeting feature, and demonstrate how it can work for your community. We will also explain the difference between proxy voting and e-voting, and explain how both integrate with our live meeting solution.
  • Online Payments with Rotessa and Stripe
    Wednesday, November 11 @ 11 AM EST
    This year we added an important new capability: property management can now use Rotessa to gather pre-authorized bank debit details from owners to pay condo fees. We will go through this new capability in detail, and also review our Stripe integration (which has just turned 4 years old this year).
  • Deep Dive on Amenity Booking
    Wednesday, November 25 @ 11 AM EST
    Earlier this year we rolled out a comprehensive overhaul of our Amenity Booking feature, which is now available to all CCC clients. This webinar will highlight all of the new features from both a resident and a manager perspective, and guide you through the process of making the upgrade to the feature. We will also touch on the features we’ve added to support operating and managing amenities safely in the face of COVID-19.
  • Year-End Review of What’s New at CCC in 2020
    Wednesday, December 9 @ 11 AM EST
    Like we have done every year for the past few years, this year-end webinar will revisit all of the major changes to the CCC platform that we made in 2020. We will also spend a few minutes looking forward to what you can expect from us in 2021.
