An even better condo management app for iOS and Android

As more of you rely on Condo Control, we see that our mobile app is becoming a vital tool in maintaining good communication, accomplishing tasks and simplifying day-to-day operations. The app is convenient, robust, and lets boards, property managers, and residents do more with fewer limitations.     

In order to give our clients the best mobile experience possible, we have redesigned the Condo Control homepage on the app. It is now more customizable and user-friendly. Administrators can modify the homepage layout by customizing the mobile dashboard for admin, security, and resident view, and upload a photo of their choosing to the background picture. The homepage also provides more actionable options for users.

Overhaul to my account

The My Account mobile feature matches desktop functionality, and has a clean and simple layout. Users can review their personal information, edit email preferences, change their password, access their digital pass, and more.  

Improved building contact details

Building contact details on the mobile app match whatever appears on the desktop. Residents can access this important information from anywhere and any location.

Ability to scan resident badges

Concierge or other admins can scan residents’ digital ID badges on the mobile app. The badge contains helpful information about the resident, such as their name, contact details, groups they belong to, and activity.
