This release consists of a variety of great new features and updates. We introduce E-Voting, we’ve made logging packages even easier and we’ve made some important updates to our Security Patrol feature. Read on to learn more about these additions.
E-Voting
E-Voting is here to tackle your issues with obtaining quorum and the hassles around paper proxies. Owners will be able to vote electronically using CCC. A voting invitation linking to the ballot is sent to all owners who are eligible to vote.
Corporations can set up E-Voting for things such as the election of board members, bylaws, or any other special meetings they may want to conduct.
Note: Before electronic voting can be carried out, condominium corporations in Ontario need to enact an electronic voting bylaw. If you want to use this feature please get in touch.
Streamlined Logging of Multiple Packages
We have improved our package tracking feature to be able to log multiple packages on the same screen. This upgrade makes it much faster to log packages. No longer will you be required to log each package separately if there are multiple packages received at the same time.
We have also introduced push notifications for packages on mobile. Going forward residents will have the choice to see their package details on the mobile app or desktop.
Security Patrol Updates
After introducing our Security Patrol feature back in the winter we have collected users’ feedback and made this feature even better. This update includes the following changes:
- The ability to stop patrols mid-way
- The ability for the system to detect duplicate tags while creating them on setup
- The option to skip a location when patrolling. (The skipped location requires an explanation)
