Find what you need quickly, when you need it
Sort the ledger by unit, status, or balance. You can also conduct an all-text keyword search of the unit ledger using the search bar, as well as filter the ledger by balance type.
Import, organize and manage transactions
Upload the opening balances for each unit to the unit ledger using a transactions template that captures the date, charge type, and balance for the unit. Once completed, all of the information is easily viewable on the unit ledger dashboard.
Notify residents who might have missed a payment
Add and customize notifications sent to residents when they miss a payment. These reminders will be automatically sent based on the parameters you set.
