Avigilon designs, develops, and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. It differs from security solutions in that it is an open-architecture system. Avigilon offers scalability, the option to install in a virtual environment, and improved options for integration with other systems.

We integrate with Avigilon, and use one-way push synchronization of resident data to their security system. That means all residents registered within Condo Control are also registered in Avigilon’s system when you use both solutions together. This allows the security system to recognize people who live and work in the building.

Additionally, if Avigilon’s card scanning technology is being used, a pop-up showing the cardholder’s name and photo will appear on Condo Control when they scan in so security can make sure that the person scanning the card is the rightful cardholder.

With this integration, admins only have to process resident profiles once.
